the course (Essaây) between Safa and Marwa
Essaây consists of traveling seven times the distance separating Safa and Maroua two small mountains whose authentic remains are preserved by a layer of a special product. The first course begins at Safa and ends at Meroua, the second starts at Maroua and ends at Safa and thus until the seventh ending at Maroua.
During the course you have to invoke God and at the end of each course you have to finish it with the Doua from the Noble Quran while trying to see Al Kaba Echarifa:
'As Safa and Al Marwah are really among the sacred places of Allah. So whoever makes the pilgrimage to the House or the Umra does not sin by going back and forth between these two mountains. And whoever does a good work of his own accord, then Allah is grateful, omniscient. (Sourat Al Baqara - Aya 158)
